Expectations Sourcing With Us
If you're new to sourcing, we can help. We specialize in international sourcing and can walk you through the process. Here are the steps you can expect when you work with us.
1.
First Contact
The first step in the process is to fill out a basic questionnaire about what you need to be sourced. We will promptly contact you and set up a convenient time for a meeting.
2.
Meeting
We will have a meeting to further discuss your needs and control your expectations throughout the process. The meeting will be in person or on the phone.
3.
Sourcing
We will do a global search and find multiple factories capable of sourcing your products.
4.
Discovery
After finding the factories, we will run background checks on each factory to narrow down the factories to only the most reputable choices.
5.
Quote
Once we've completed our discovery, we will request a quote from each factory.
6.
Analysis
Upon receiving all documentation and quotes, we will analyze all the information and prepare a report of 3-5 factories for you to choose from.
7.
Samples
After deciding on what factories you would like to go with, we will request samples for you to view hands on.
8.
Decision
Once you've chosen the factories and products that meet your needs we will communicate with the factory and begin production.
9.
Production Management
We begin the production process making your goods. We deal with the factory and update you as agreed upon finishing our easy laid out process.

Grow
When your business is ready, we will be here to help it scale with your needs.
